How secure is my investigation data?
trACT uses enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage, secure user authentication, and complies with industry standards for data protection. Your sensitive case information is protected with bank-level security.
Do I need any technical expertise to use trACT?
No technical expertise is required. trACT is designed for investigation professionals who need to start working immediately. There is no lengthy installation or integration required. Our intuitive interface allows you to start managing cases immediately without training or set up.
Can I customize the investigation process?
Absolutely. You can create custom question banks, modify the workflow steps, and use the system in a way that maps to your organizations investigation procedures while maintaining best practices. You are not prevented from navigating back and forth between steps.
What happens to my data if I cancel or delete my account?
You maintain full access to your data during the beta, trial or subscription period. If you cancel, you can export your case data and reports before your access ends. Once your access ends your data will be deleted from the database.
Is there a limit to the number of cases I can manage?
No, there are no case limits. trACT will scale to meet your needs. Some fees may apply due to increased data storage for accounts that exceed the paid subscription. You would be notified if you are coming close to exceeding storage limits so you can decide how to proceed.
